Ho'oponopono is is a deeply healing spiritual pracitice of forgiveness and reconciliation. Traditional Ho'oponopono rituals were led by Indigenous Hawaiian healers (Polynesian ancestry) and often ended with a celebratory feast. Ho'oponopono was used to correct and restore relationships among family members and God.

Today, a less traditional version of Ho'oponopono is used all over the world for various types of healing among all cultures and religions. The practice can be done alone at any time and it is a simple process.

Place your hands on your heart. Say the following four phrases aloud:

I’m sorry.
Please, forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

Continue to repeat the phrases. You will know when it is time to stop.

Ho'oponopono is considered a spiritual cleanse by many. Benefits of regular Ho'oponopono practice include an improvement in physical and mental health, reduction of stress, increased control over emotions, better relationships with others, and an overall happier life.

Tell me friends, have you practiced Ho'oponopono before?
